PEOPLE
Pablo Villanueva
Pablo has 20 years of experience in finance. His transactional know-how was gained in Private Equity, investment banking M&A and corporate development.
Pablo also has hands-on operational experience in global manufacturing companies, acting in senior roles such as Head of planning and M&A, Financial Director, Group Financial Controller and Head of post-merger integration of a €1.5bn industrial conglomerate.
He has worked across Europe and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. He holds a Materials Science and Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from London Business School and is a qualified accountant.
